Golden Pheasant Triathlon

Thanks for joining us for this year’s

Golden Pheasant Triathlon!

We had so much fun at this year’s triathlon! Thanks to all who participated and made for such a fun event. Please keep your eye out for the 8th annual event next Fall!

Join us for the 7th Annual Golden Pheasant Triathlon! This kayak, bike, and run triathlon celebrates the mysterious golden pheasant that once inhabited Shelby Bottoms. In this non-competitive and community-focused event, participants will kayak 2 miles on the Cumberland River, bike 8 miles on the Shelby Park Greenway, and run a 3 mile loop around Shelby Park.

And don’t forget the costumes! We will award prizes again in 2024 for best individual costume, best team costume, and participants choice!

All proceeds from this event will benefit Friends of Shelby Park and Bottoms, and Walk Bike Nashville
